Naxos Photo Booth – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction This document outlines the Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement”) that govern your use of Naxos Photo Booth services. By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Definitions

• Service refers to the photo booth and related offerings provided by Naxos Photo Booth.
• Organizer refers to Naxos Photo Booth and its owners, managers, and representatives.
• Client refers to any individual or entity booking services from Naxos Photo Booth.

3. Booking and Payment

• A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment.
• Final payment must be completed before the event date.
• All payments are non-refundable except in cases of cancellation by the Organizer.

4. Event Services

• The Client is responsible for providing adequate space and power supply for the photo booth setup.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse service if the event environment is deemed unsafe.
• Any damage to the equipment caused by guests or the Client will be the Client’s responsibility.

5. Customization and Printing

• Photos include customized templates featuring event names, dates, and graphics as agreed upon during booking.
• Digital copies of photos may be provided based on the package selected.

6. Code of Conduct

• Guests must treat staff and equipment with respect.
• Disruptive behavior may result in early termination of service without a refund.

7. Photography and Content Usage

• By booking, the Client grants Naxos Photo Booth the right to use event photos for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Guests may take personal photos but may not use event photos for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Liability

• The Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property during the event.
• The Organizer shall not be liable for unforeseen circumstances that may prevent service delivery (e.g., power failure, extreme weather, etc.).

9. Privacy Policy

• Personal data collected for bookings will be used solely for service fulfillment and communication.
• Client data will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments

• The Organizer reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
• Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through the Website.
